Select your server type to generate the install command, then run it on the server. The agent connects outbound over HTTPS — no firewall rules or inbound ports needed.

Only needed if this DB server hosts an EBS database. Leave blank for non-EBS Oracle.

Oracle SID & Home (optional — set these if the database is down, or to be explicit)

Leave blank to auto-detect from the running instance. Filled in, these win over detection.

⚠ The agent detects the instance from running Oracle processes, so the DB being up makes install easiest. If it is down, fill in Oracle SID and Home above instead — detection cannot find a stopped instance, and /etc/oratab is not reliable enough to fall back on.
